- We care about our customer's satisfaction. Therefore once the dress is delivered, client has 24hrs to return dress for an exchange. No REFUNDS will be given. Once we receive the dress and it's been checked for any damages and or odors: The client will be allowed to exchange it and or offered a store credit for a limited time. Some restrictions apply in terms of processing time etc.
- All Sale Items are Final, no Exchange or Refund.
- Special orders can take 4-8 business weeks with some exceptions. Customers have 5 hours from the time they ordered the dress to decide if the timing will not work for them. If the customer decides to not to get the dress because of timing, there will not be a full refund. Exchange or store credit only If a special order has been placed by us to our production team and or designers, at that point there will not be any refunds WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS or exchanges, since the dress is being made exclusively for our customer.
